Murder Mystery Dinner Theater - Fist Full of Hollars

Wholly StromboliFort Lupton, CO

Overview

Murder, mystery & Wild West mayhem collide in “A Fistful of Hollars! ”Interactive dinner theater at The Speakeasy.

Congratulations, partner… you’ve been invited to one of the rowdiest gatherings this side of the prairie. Lucky you.

Welcome to the dusty western town of Dry Gulp, where the whiskey flows, the poker cheats are plentiful, and trouble always rides into town before sundown.

Tonight’s shindig is being thrown by none other than Digger Deep, the local mortician with a peculiar business strategy… invite the meanest outlaw around and hope somebody ends up needing a coffin.

Enter Nasty Nate — the town menace with more enemies than poker chips in the saloon.

Surely there’ll be a “killin’” or two.
But the real question is…
Who gets “kilt”?
And more importantly…
Who pulled the trigger?

Was it the flirtatious Fanny Dango?
The loudmouth Wyatt Burp?
The suspicious Messy James?
Or maybe… YOU?

Thankfully, the town’s squintin’, clue-sniffin’ detective, Squint Leastwood, is on the case. But he’s gonna need help from every cowboy, saloon girl, drifter, outlaw, and whiskey-slinger in the room.

When you arrive at A Fistful of Hollars, don’t just attend… arrive in character.

Dust off those cowboy boots, throw on your fringe, leather, corsets, suspenders, saloon dresses, cowboy hats, bandanas, spurs, or finest western swagger. Whether you come dressed as a gunslinger, gambler, dance hall diva, sheriff, outlaw, or saloon floozy… every good western mystery deserves a properly dressed suspect.

A Fistful of Hollars: a hilariously wild night of murder, mayhem, audience interaction, and laugh-out-loud western chaos.

Doors open at 5:00, and our delicious limited dinner menu will be served from 5:00 to 6:30 PM sharp. Don’t be late, partner — once the mystery starts, the kitchen closes!

Ages 18+.
ID required at the door — no exceptions!

Help us keep the evening running smoother than a fresh pour of bourbon — have your dinner picks ready ahead of time!

Please give a warm Wholly Stromboli welcome to the Jest Murder Mystery Company!

How Dinner Service Works To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask that all guests arrive as close to 5:00 PM as possible. Upon arrival, our service staff will take your dinner and dessert selections at the same time to keep things efficient. Dinner will be served promptly and wrapped up before the show begins, so there are no interruptions during the performance. Once the mystery kicks off, the kitchen will close—but don’t worry! ? Our team will continue cocktail service throughout the evening, so you can keep your sleuthing sharp and your spirits high. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a seamless night of dining, drinks, and drama!

Act One

The dusty town of Dry Gulp is buzzing tonight as Digger Deep, the local mortician, hosts a lively gathering at the saloon. Officially it’s a party… unofficially, it’s a suspiciously good business opportunity for a man who profits from funerals. The drinks are flowing and tensions are rising as Nasty Nate, the town’s most feared outlaw, arrives with a long list of enemies. He’s cheated gamblers, stolen land, broken hearts, and made trouble all across the West. Guests will meet a cast of colorful characters including the dramatic Fanny Dango, lovable Wyatt Burp, scruffy Messy James, and the sharp-eyed detective Squint Leastwood. But beneath the laughs and whiskey, secrets begin to surface, tempers flare, and threats are exchanged. Before the night is over… someone winds up dead. Now it’s up to the guests of Dry Gulp to gather clues, question suspects, and help solve the mystery before the killer disappears into the night.

Intermission and Dessert

While our detectives regroup and tensions simmer, enjoy a devilishly delicious dessert. This is your moment to fuel up, whisper theories, and sip something strong—because things are about to get murderously messy! Mwahaha!
