Do I need to know how to play Mahjong?

Not at all! Beginner lesson tickets are available in very limited quantities if you’d like guided instruction. Open Play is best for those familiar with the basics.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring your own Mahjong card. A limited number will be available to borrow if needed, and those learning will be provided a card for the evening.

Can I switch to a lesson if I don’t purchase that ticket?

Accepted Answer

Lesson seats are limited and reserved for those who purchased a lesson ticket. If space allows, upgrades may be available.

Can I come solo?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Most players come solo. We’ll seat you at a table—Mahjong is a great way to meet new people.

Are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.

Will food and drinks be available?

Accepted Answer

Parkway has a fabulous drink selection and the bar will be taking orders!  They do not serve food, but they do allow you to bring in or have anything delivered!  Pizza Tascio is right next door!

What if I’m new but purchased an Open Play ticket?

Accepted Answer

Open Play tables are not instructional. To keep the experience smooth for all players, if you have never played before and are wanting to learn, you  should purchase a lesson ticket.
