You’re warmly invited into an intimate, thoughtfully curated, and immersive sound healing experience, held in my newly created backyard studio—a serene space for restoration, connection, and elevated care.
This is a boutique-style experience, intentionally limited to just three guests, offering a level of presence and personalized attention rarely found in group settings—created for those who value depth, stillness, and high-quality care without the distractions from a typical group sound bath.
What to expect:
• Arrival + Grounding
If weather allows, we'll begin outdoors with a few quiet moments to ground as we sit on the earth — breathing, settling, and helping you arrive fully into your body as we are being served the Cacao.
• Rose Cacao Ceremony
A warm, rose-infused cacao drink shared in a simple ritual to open the heart, soften the nervous system and open you inward.
Cacao may gently heighten awareness, deepening your experience.
• Immersive Sound Journey
The space is arranged to create a fully immersive sound environment, with instruments placed throughout the room so you are surrounded by vibration.
Provided are foam chaise loungers, allowing you to fully surrender and relax in comfort while being surrounded by a carefully arranged field of sound.
With only three participants, I’ll move throughout the space, playing various instruments directly over the body.
These include:
• Tibetan bowls
• Gongs
• Crystal Pyramid
• Chimes
• Crystal Tones
This creates a more enveloping, personalized experience, where sound is not only heard—but felt and deeply received.
Other larger Crystal Bowls (including my extra large one) and various large Gongs and more will also be played.
• Effortless Receiving
There’s nothing you need to do.
You’re welcome to breathe deeply, sigh, or simply rest as your body unwinds naturally.
• Gentle Integration
We’ll close with a short guided meditation to reconnect, ground, and integrate the experience.
Stay after to share, write in your journal, snack, and/or have some tea.
During the session, a Rife frequency device will be running quietly in the background on a general AND GENTLE detox-supportive setting. The frequencies are not typically felt, and are very gentle on the system.
Some alternative wellness practitioners use this technology with the intention of supporting the body’s natural processes, including the detoxing of the liver and lymphatic system.
Out of transparency: this is considered an alternative wellness modality and is not FDA-approved as a medical treatment. It is simply offered as a subtle, additional layer within the space.
This is an intentionally small, highly personalized experience—crafted to receive the dedicated care & energetic recalibration you'd get from an individual session while paying a group session price!

Nicole Alcyon, a lifelong pianist, brings deep musical awareness and intuitive sensitivity to her work as a Sound Healer and Hypnotherapist. For over two decades, she has been devoted to both practices, developing an integrative approach refined over years of experience, combining these modalities with chakra-based energy work to create deeply restorative sound healing experiences that invite relaxation, energetic renewal, and a strengthened connection to the Higher Self.
After graduating from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, she received clear guidance to begin working with a chakra set of crystal singing bowls, marking the beginning of her sound healing path.
Since then, she has facilitated private and group sessions, retreats, and courses, holding an attuned, energetically clear, and intentional space that supports release and integration.
