Join us for an unforgettable evening  at The Classic Cup Cafe while savoring six courses paired with the best wines from the Piemonte Region

Join us at The Classic Cup Cafe for an unforgettable evening of wine, curated bites, and unmatched hospitality. We are hosting Giuseppe Delmastro and guest Chef Moreno Borghini from the Alto Piemonte Region in Italy for a six course dinner curated by Classic Cup Chef Tyler Frye, paired with some of the best wines from the region. Seating is extremely limited, so buy your tickets early. Doors open at 6pm; first course will be served at 6:45pm. There will be an opportunity for every guest to purchase their favorite wine and have it signed by Guest Chef Moreno and speaker Giuseppe Delmastro. This evening's menu includes:<ul><li>Course 1: Pouring: Vespolina</li><li>Dish: Seared Halibut Cheek, Citrus Glazed Microgreen Salad, Romesco Sauce</li><li>Course 2: Pouring: Uva Rara</li><li>Dish: Crispy Pork Saltimbocca, Pecorino Polenta, Braised Garlic Farmer Greens, Olive Tapenade</li><li>Course 3: Fabula</li><li>Grilled Baguette, Whipped Ricotta, Tiger Prawn, Basil Gremolata</li><li>Course 4: Costa Della Sesia</li><li>Sundried Tomato Chicken Thigh, Herbed Couscous, Herbs de Provence Carrots</li><li>Course 5: Pidrin Lessona DOC</li><li>Creamy Horseradish Sauced Gnudi, Sliced Filet, Pea Tendrils</li><li>Course 6: Vin Santo</li><li>Cantucci &amp; Pistachio Gelato</li></ul>
