Suminagashi, Japanese for “floating ink”, is a traditional art form from the 12th century that reveals the mesmerizing, ever-changing nature of water. We will be creating a floating piece of art on the surface of the water and capturing the swirling, ever morphing moments as prints.Each attendee will be able to create a set of gorgeously and uniquely marbled personal cards and envelopes using the Suminagashi technique!Thank you for your interest in this workshop! Just a note that this workshop needs a minimum of two attendees to run. In the rare case that no one else is signed up by a few days prior to the workshop time, we will reach out to let you know.
