Join locally based Island Heron Yoga for an open-level yoga flow hosted poolside every Sunday from May 24 through September 6, from 8AM to 9AM. Designed for both hotel guests and locals, this laid-back morning class invites you to stretch, reset, and settle into the rhythm of the season in one of Newport’s most relaxed outdoor settings.
Classes take place on the Wayfinder pool deck, weather permitting, with plenty of space to move at your own pace. In the event of inclement weather, classes will move indoors when available.

- Complimentary for overnight hotel guests
- $10 for non-hotel guests
- Yoga mats will be available in limited supply. Guests are encouraged to bring their own mat if possible.
