Intro to Thai Massage Bodywork - May 21st -5pm-7pm
Intro to Thai Massage ✨ Learn mindful touch & tension relief techniques for neck, shoulders & upper back. Open to all!
Open to all! Couples, Yoga Teacher, healers & Massage Therapists.
Unplug, reconnect, and learn the art of mindful touch in this 2-hour introductory Thai Massage workshop. You’ll explore simple, effective techniques to release tension in the upper back, shoulders, and neck—common areas where stress from daily life and technology builds up.
Rooted in traditional Thai bodywork, this hands-on experience introduces assisted stretching, gentle compression, rhythmic movement, and breath awareness. You’ll be guided step by step in proper body mechanics, positioning, and pressure, helping you feel confident both giving and receiving.
More than a massage class, this workshop offers space to slow down, reset, and connect through intentional touch. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and equipped with practical tools to continue supporting well-being at home.
