Intro to Thai Massage ✨ Learn mindful touch & tension relief techniques for neck, shoulders & upper back. Open to all!

Intro to Thai Massage Bodywork

Open to all! Couples, Yoga Teacher, healers & Massage Therapists.

Unplug, reconnect, and learn the art of mindful touch in this 2-hour introductory Thai Massage workshop. You’ll explore simple, effective techniques to release tension in the upper back, shoulders, and neck—common areas where stress from daily life and technology builds up.

Rooted in traditional Thai bodywork, this hands-on experience introduces assisted stretching, gentle compression, rhythmic movement, and breath awareness. You’ll be guided step by step in proper body mechanics, positioning, and pressure, helping you feel confident both giving and receiving.

More than a massage class, this workshop offers space to slow down, reset, and connect through intentional touch. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and equipped with practical tools to continue supporting well-being at home.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing

Meet the teacher:

Atmajeet, born Maria Gema Castro in Cuba, is an actress and holistic wellness practitioner whose path blends the performing arts with healing traditions. She discovered yoga in 2008 as part of her theater training, an experience that sparked a lifelong spiritual and professional journey. After migrating to Mexico in 2011, she deepened her practice through Kundalini Yoga, inspired by Yogi Bhajan’s teachings.

She later completed Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training with Synergy Yoga and expanded her skills by studying Thai Massage. In 2017, she became a Reiki Master, a licensed massage therapist, and embraced motherhood—each milestone shaping her integrative approach to wellness. In 2019, she continued her studies in Thailand, earning certification as a Nuad Boran Thai Massage Instructor.

Currently, Atmajeet is furthering her education in Recreational Therapy, enriching her ability to support individuals through creative, restorative, and therapeutic practices. She views life as a spiritual journey and weaves this philosophy into her daily living, teaching, and healing work, sharing holistic principles that nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
