The experience begins with delicate bites such as Salmon Rillette Pie Tee and Chorizo Madeleine, paired with a single cask from Ailsa Bay, before progressing into bold, flavour-driven creations including Pure South Venison Tataki and a deeply comforting 48-hour Brewed Beef Tea.
As the evening unfolds, enjoy a charred grilled octopus with vibrant accompaniments, followed by a choice of mains — from the richness of Aged Rougie Duck Breast to the robust flavours of Aged 2GR Flank Steak, each elevated by a distinguished Islay single cask whisky.
The journey concludes on an indulgent note with a Valrhona Chocolate Tart, complemented by a 15-year-old Jamaican rum, leaving a lingering impression of depth and refinement.
