Andrew is co-lead of The AI Collective (aicollectivehr.org) - Hampton Roads with 25 years in tech, 12 in AI — including Amazon, NASA, 5 startups (2 exits), and enterprise AI deployments at scale.
He's the author of AI for Business and serves as a fractional Chief AI Officer, helping organizations implement AI workflows, train their teams, and build automation systems that actually ship.
