Fiveday 40 at Ledge Brewing Co

Fiveday 40 came together back in 2001 and soon took the Mount Washington Valley by storm with their high energy blend of funk, rock, jazz, hip hop, R&B and soul. They quickly attracted a large following and every Fiveday 40 show was an event not to be missed in their tight knit community.

As their body of original music grew so

did their gig schedule, venturing to Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts and New York. Eventually they took the show on the road

and drove across the USA, playing shows in Ohio, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming and California sharing their energy coast to coast.

Their sound is all their own, with tight, infectious, chunky grooves, a fair amount

of jamming with freestyle vocals, and a catalog of poignant original songs smattered with some eclectic covers. Each member contributes their own diverse musical tastes and sensibilities. Not afraid to address social issues, their music is as thought provoking as it is danceable.

Having disbanded a couple of decades ago, the members have since scattered to places far and wide. They are all excited to bring their music back to life and to reconnect with the people whose participation fueled the band's energy and perhaps reach some new ears, hearts and minds. This long-anticipated reunion is sure to be a fun and memorable event full of lively community energy and original, full throttle music.
