This session uses a controlled Daiquiri format to demonstrate how fermentation style, distillation method, raw material, and aging philosophy shape flavor inside a consistent cocktail template. The result is a structured experience that works equally well for spirits-curious consumers.

This will be a 6 pour format of 6 different styles of rum & daiquiri cocktails. You will be able to learn how to make it and taste each one, which will allow you to compare them.
