Where are the main sessions held?

Each of the main sessions are held in the Everest-Rohrer Building of Bethel University in Mishawaka, Indiana - near the center of campus.

What can I expect to experience at this event?

You'll be able to attend general sessions that include powerful times of spirited worship and teaching from our keynote guests, artists, and speakers. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to attend breakout sessions that focus in areas of leadership, production, songwriting, music and singing.

Are tickets refundable?

All sales are final and ReFuel tickets are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred or gifted to others during the same conference year.

Is lunch on Saturday included?

Lunch is included with the purchase of any Saturday ticket. Lunch is either a Chick-Fil-A boxed sandwich lunch (breaded chicken sandwich, chips, cookie & bottled water) or a gluten-free grilled chicken salad and bottled water. You will need to select your meal choice when you purchase your ticket.

Is the event handicap accessible?

While the campus is completely handicap accessible, winter weather conditions can make maneuvering the college campus throughout the day more challenging. Please contact us at refuelconference3@gmail.com with any specific questions.

Where are the breakout sessions held?

The breakout sessions are held in various classrooms and buildings throughout the campus of Bethel University. However, they are all within a 3-4 minute walk of each other.

Are hotels included in the price of the ticket?

Accepted Answer

No, they are not.  However, there are several hotels within 5 minutes of Bethel University's campus.

Does this event sell out or have limited seating?

Yes! Each of the past 10 years this conference has sold out. In 2025, the conference sold out by early January. Get your tickets early!

Are there hotels that you recommend?

The conference is located on the campus of Bethel University, which is in Mishawaka, Indiana, and there are a large number of great hotels within a 5-8 minute drive of the conference. We'd recommend using Google to determine the hotel that best suits you and your team.

Yes, parking is free on Bethel University's campus.
