How large is this event?

Although the Tardis and the HoloDeck may be bigger on the inside than initially appear, our space has a limited capacity. ARFT encourages individuals to purchase tickets early, as when tickets are sold out, we are unable to open any more.

What should I wear?

This is a true Multiverse event. You are invited to wear your best high fae court ballgown, your most formal kilt, cosplay from your favorite fandom, or any outfit that brings you joy and can be danced in. As always, please follow basic modesty laws and please leave any weapons on your pirate ship, hovercraft, UFO, transdimensional trasnport stones, or Tardis. No firearms will be allowed on premises.

Who is invited?

This event is open to all individuals over the age of 18+. Although we love and appreciate our tiny knights, fairies, princesses, and goblins, ARFT requests they join us in our other more family friendly events later this year. ID will be checked at the door in order to utilize the cash bar.

I have allergies and am limited in what I can eat. Will there be food for me?

Food will be served at this event in a buffet style. Although we try to make inclusions for our gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan members of our community, please take caution and read informational placards when selecting food items. We will do our best to provide accommodations, but make no guarantees at this time.

Where do I park?

Parking is available immediately adjacent to Allandale, on a grass parking lot.

I plan on drinking at this event. Do you have ride shares?

Kingsport does technically have Lyft and Uber available, but the services are limited and may result in significantly long waits. It is recommended that your party determines their own designated driver. As always, consume responsibly no matter which universe you occupy.

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event with the event occurring primarily within an indoor ballroom and an outdoor patio space available for fresh air and spending time with our dear friends and community members.

I use a mobility aid (cane, walker, wheelchair, etc), is this space accessible for me?

Allandale is a historical site and as such is not fully mobility accessible. It has three front entrance steps with handrails. It may be considered accessible to some mobility aid users, but not all.

What is the photography policy?

ARFT will have a photographer on site taking images of the event which will be posted using the hashtag on both the event page and the ARFT Facebook page in the week following the event. Please note, by purchasing a ticket to this event, you are consenting to being photographed and possibly featured on our website, marketing materials, and/or social media. As always, we will do our part and expect our patrons to ask for consent prior to taking photos of individuals.

What is the Code of Conduct

We ask that all attendees maintain a code of conduct appropriate for our event and maintain safety and kindness toward the building, staff, and other patrons. If deemed necessary by our board members or staff, individuals may be asked to leave the event for violations of general decorum on event property.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Tickets may be canceled if needed up to seven days before the event (prior to June 13, 2026). Tickets may not be transferred to other events and may not be refunded following seven days prior to the event.
