Join the Downtown SF Partnership for a virtual information session on the next steps in our renewal and expansion process.
📅 Date: May 21, 2026
🕚 Session Times: 11am – 12pm or 4pm – 5pm (PT)
📍 Location: Virtual (link provided upon registration)
Downtown San Francisco is evolving and gaining momentum. Over the past five years, the Downtown SF Partnership, the Community Benefit District that serves the Financial District and Jackson Square, has reimagined and brought into reality what Downtown SF can be: vibrant public spaces, streets activated with art and programming, and businesses building toward long-term success. From Let’s Glow SF to the launch of California’s first Entertainment Zone, these efforts are helping position downtown as a destination for bold, engaging experiences.
This progress is intentional. Through initiatives like the Public Realm Action Plan, DSFP is transforming underused spaces into places people want to return to, supporting economic activity, fostering connection, and bringing renewed energy to the district.
As we look ahead, renewal of the Downtown Community Benefit District, along with a proposed expansion to the Embarcadero, will be critical to sustaining and building on this momentum. This next phase will ensure that the programs and services driving impact today can continue to evolve and grow to meet downtown’s future needs. During this session, Progressive Urban Management Associates will share an overview of the renewal and expansion process, key milestones, and what’s ahead, with time for questions and discussion.
