Summer Wellness Retreat

As summer begins, give yourself permission to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect --with nature, with community, and with yourself.

Hosted in partnership with Siembra Today, The Social Work Ladies Collective Inc, and Release Wellness NYC, this retreat is rooted in community healing, culturally responsive wellness, and creating accessible spaces for women to rest, reconnect, and feel supported. Together, our organizations have facilitated healing circles, wellness experiences, mental health programming, and community-centered events designed to nurture both individual and collective well-being.

Join us for an intentional afternoon of restoration and connection in the beauty of Inwood Hill Park. This retreat was created as a soft space for women to reset, reflect, and nourish their minds, bodies, and spirits through movement, mindfulness, creativity, and community care.

Together, we’ll spend the day grounded in nature and guided through experiences designed to support wellness in a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. Whether you’re seeking rest, inspiration, meaningful connection, or simply a moment to pour back into yourself, this experience is for you.
