Nature RX is a series of wellness events presented by the San Antonio River Foundation, dedicated to sharing the healing power of nature with our community.

Nature Journaling at Confluence Park 📍 Confluence Park 🗓 May 30, 2026 🕘 9:00 AM – 10:30 AMExperience the beauty of nature while honing your observation, creativity, and writing skills through guided nature journaling. Join us for a peaceful and inspiring outdoor adventure as we slow down, connect with the natural world, and capture what we notice through words, sketches, and reflection.Bring your favorite journal or sketchbook and a writing utensils. We will also have journals will be available in case, and we’ll provide an assortment of colored pencils, pens, and pencils for use during the program.Tea provided
