Join us on Saturday mornings at 9:15am for YOGA ON THE LAKE at Castaways. We're so excited for another summer season of Yoga on the gorgeous deck of our favorite Great Lake. Class is a slow-flow vinyasa style with lots of options to power up or mellow out, according to how you feel.
Register ahead. Please bring your own mat/props/water. No Yoga experience necessary.
