Sew Your Own Pole Shorts — Beginner Sewing Workshop
Ever looked at a cute pair of pole shorts and thought I could make those? Good news — you can, and we're going to prove it together.
This hands-on beginner workshop is designed specifically for our pole community. No sewing experience needed, no judgment, just good vibes and a sewing machine. You'll walk in a complete beginner and walk out with a finished pair of pole shorts you made with your own two hands.
Here's what we'll cover:
- Getting to know and setting up your sewing machine (yes, all those parts have names)
- Straight line practice so you feel confident before touching your fabric
- Cutting your fabric
- Sewing your shorts from start to finish
All materials are included — fabric, thread, pattern, and notions are all provided for you. Just show up ready to learn!
Pro tip: Bring a pair of pole shorts you already own and love the fit of. We'll use them as a fitting reference to help you choose the right size to cut.
Light refreshments will be served which may or may not include adult beverage options.
Please only register if you can commit to the full class time. While 4 hours may seem like a long time, there is a LOT to cover! We'll be starting promptly at 1:00 PM — plan to arrive at least10 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to get lost in the complex.
Spots are limited — grab yours before they're gone!
