This class is designed to feel friendly, rhythmic, strong, yet relaxed and enjoyable. Rooted in the Kundalini tradition, the approach remains open and less formal. Breathwork is included in a gentle, accessible way.Classes are engaging and uplifting, creating a space where people of all backgrounds and experience levels feel welcome. There is an emphasis on playfulness, inclusivity, and a non-dogmatic environment where students can explore and grow.You are encouraged to move at your own pace while experiencing focused benefits in each session - leaving the mat feeling both energized and grounded. The class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
