About the Chefs:
Bryan Kashak - Chef Bryan is a passionate culinary professional with more than 15 years of experience in fine dining, hospitality, weddings, banquets, and luxury resort cuisine. A graduate of Riverside Community College Culinary Academy in 2010, Chef Bryan earned the prestigious Senior Award for “Most Likely to Succeed,” recognizing both exceptional culinary talent and leadership potential early in his career.

Following graduation, Chef Bryan spent eight years at the iconic Mission Inn Resort & Spa in Riverside, California, where he had multiple culinary roles including Garde Manger Chef, and Banquet Chef. Working in one of California’s most historic and respected hospitality destinations provided extensive experience in high-volume events, refined presentation, and elevated guest experiences.

Chef Bryan later served as the Executive Sous Chef at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa in Temecula for five years, helping lead culinary operations for the award-winning winery resort. During this time, Chef Bryan earned the distinction of Manager of the Year in 2019, recognized for outstanding leadership, team development, and dedication to culinary excellence.

Most recently, Chef Bryan was the Executive Sous Chef at The Crossings in Carlsbad, a premier golf course and wedding venue known for its scenic coastal atmosphere and large-scale events.

Today, Chef Bryan is the proud co-founder of Beach Bum Burgers, a growing catering company built on a commitment to top-quality ingredients, creative customization, and memorable customer experiences. For the past two and a half years, Beach Bum Burgers has specialized in crafting personalized menus that bring together elevated flavors, fresh ingredients, and a laid-back Southern California spirit.


Daniel Sargent - Chef Daniel Sargent is a professionally trained chef and entrepreneur with a diverse background in luxury hospitality, private service, and culinary operations. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona, Daniel built his career working with prestigious brands including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Omni Hotels & Resorts, The University Club, and Grayhawk Golf Club.

He also spent two years as a chef aboard a 120-foot luxury yacht, where he cooked for notable guests including Priscilla Presley and Vidal Sassoon. Throughout his career, Daniel has worked as a private chef, estate manager, and live-in chef for high-profile families, while also owning and operating a successful catering company in Orange County. He has prepared meals for numerous celebrities and professional athletes, with one of his favorite clients being Kobe Bryant.

In addition to his culinary background, Daniel studied real estate, passed his real estate exam, and has assisted friends with buying and selling homes. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and horseback riding whenever he gets the opportunity. Most recently, Daniel co-founded Beach Bum Burgers with his business partner Bryan Kayshack two and a half years ago, combining his passion for hospitality, quality food, and entrepreneurial spirit into a growing brand he continues to enjoy building every day.
