A Summer Series of weekly movement activities to support personal wellness for Women+ of Color

Wednesday mornings this summer, join us for movement and wellness sessions led by local instructors who center community, restoration, and joy. These gatherings are open to all levels—whether you’re brand new to movement or a seasoned practitioner.

Reminders:

  • Wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in.
  • Bring (optional): Yoga mat, water bottle, journal if you’d like to reflect.
  • Cost: $5 for the public & free for ZH Members

Slow down... Join Elizabeth Wangugi, Certified Power, Yin & Restorative Yoga Specialist, for a one-hour slow power flow experience focused on mobility, range of motion, and full-body restoration. This class is designed to help you: Breathe through tension and stiffness Build functional strength Reconnect to your joints and your total body Slow power yoga is the perfect balance between challenge and care. Strong enough to feel it, slow enough to actually heal from it. All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
