Guests will observe artwork before and after breathwork, sound, and reflection practices — noticing how shifts in presence can transform perception in real time.

Hosted inside Paradigm Gallery + Studio in Philadelphia, the evening brings together contemporary art, intentional observation, immersive sensory elements, and community connection within a calm and elevated gallery setting.
