Spring 2026 Student Recital with Segunda Quimbamba: Show 2

Segunda Quimbamba is proud to present the Spring Class of 2026 students.

This year marks the 20th Anniversary milestone of the Segunda Quimbamba School!

Preserving Memories through Bomba Practice

This culminating event encompasses over 15 weeks of instruction, learning and preparation. The students and teachers have immersed themselves in Bomba to understand and preserve the culture through the study of history and the life practice of traditions. We can't wait to share with you!

There are 2 Recital Presentations with Segunda Quimbamba!

Show 1 on Saturday, May 30

Show 2 on Sunday, May 31 will be followed by a reception meet and greet with students and audience attendees.

Showtime: 3:15 PM - 4:45 PM

Limited tickets will be sold at the door at Adults $25, $35 and Kids ages 6-12 are $15 and limited seating.

Make sure to check traffic and events in Jersey City on those days to give ample time to arrive and find parking. It is recommended to use the parking garages or public transportation.

Trains: Take PATH to Grove Street STOP, then a short walk east towards the water on Columbus turning left onto Warren Street, venue at 329 Warren Street. Or Exchange Place STOP walk west on Columbus away from the water to Warren Street turn right for venue.

Car: Limited Street or paid parking available in the area of Downtown Jersey City.
