BloomAgainBklyn is a nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing community and easing social isolation among vulnerable New Yorkers through the simple, powerful gesture of giving flowers. Our volunteers transform unsold and once-used blooms into instruments of kindness and connection, sparking conversation, joy, and meaningful bonds across generations while giving back to those who need it most. Our mission is to reduce floral waste by upcycling unused flowers from weddings and events, creating new arrangements that are donated to community partners across Manhattan and Brooklyn. These flowers ultimately reach underrecognized members of our community who experience loneliness and isolation. Our core mission is about spreading social connection, while promoting environmental sustainability.
