7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Gates open at 6:30 p.m.
Admission:
$7 per adult (advance purchase via Eventbrite)
$10 at the gate (no cash, please)
Free for children 12 and under with an accompanying adult
Legerdemain is a steel pan led genre bending fusion group based out of Kansas Citythat holds deep roots in Jazz and performs in different sizes of ensembles. The group writes and arranges all of their music spanning a range of styles from all over the world!
The mission of the group is to expose more and more people to Pan while also approaching the Pan in a new and innovative way. Marcus Rattler leads the band on a hybrid drumset that incorporates an electric steel pan!
In 2026, Legerdemain represented KC in the International Blues Challenge with their fusion jazz interpretation of the Blues and released their debut album, Monsters ’n’
Me.
PH Coffee Trailer will be parked on the lawn selling hot dogs, popcorn, and snow cones while bringing the PH Coffee mission beyond our walls: connection, conversation, and community wherever we land.
Things to note:
· No outside alcohol allowed
· Beer, wine, and specialty cocktails available for purchase at Elixir on the Lawn
(card only – no cash, please)
· Museum Members, 21+, receive a complimentary drink
· Picnics, blankets, and lawn chairs are allowed
· Dog friendly
· Bathroom located in the Carriage House
· Bring bug spray
Parking:
Parking is free and available along both sides of Gladstone Blvd., as well as around the perimeter of the Museum property on N. Indiana Ave., Norledge Ave., and Walrond Ave. Please be mindful of posted city parking signs and avoid blocking private driveways, as vehicles may be ticketed or towed.
The main entrance to the Museum is located at the south gate on Gladstone Blvd.
Accessible parking, including a ramp and elevator lift, is available at the west gate on Norledge Ave., near the park. Upon arrival, please notify Museum staff for assistance.
