A 6-week guided nature-based wellbeing course to reduce stress, build confidence and reconnect through forest therapy.
This 6-week course is designed to support wellbeing through nature.
Each session takes place in a calm woodland setting near Melbourne (East Riding), offering space to slow down, breathe and reconnect.
This isn’t about pushing yourself or “getting it right.”
It’s about being in a supportive environment where you can just be.
🌿 What to expect
Over 6 weeks, we’ll gently explore:
- Mindfulness and grounding in nature
- Breathwork for calming the nervous system
- Forest therapy practices
- Simple wilderness skills (fire lighting, water filtering)
- Space to talk, reflect and connect with others
Each session is 1 hour and builds gradually, but you can engage at your own pace.
