Many don't know this but whilst both great exercises Mat is overall more effective than Reformer yet Reformer has some great exercises that aren't used effectively on Mat. I'm bridging that gap.

Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility Syndrome constant pain meant mentally and physically I was struggling.

Pilates was recommended to me around 10 years ago by my Doctor after my diagnosis to help strengthen and improve how my body moves.

It's more than just a fitness class, it's rehabilitation. My passion and understanding grew and I went from taking classes to becoming a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor also certified in small equipment.

Pilates is an accessible exercise for all as it can be adapted to suit various needs. Regardless of age or ailment it is my duty as an instructor to welcome you and adapt for you.

The meaning of the name?
