Designed to inspire, educate, and delight, each event is a place to discover and savor the art of food and drink.This June, Chef Ed Aloise returns with a stunning three-course menu inspired by the season, starting with a bright spring salad of asparagus, English peas, and feta, moving into a rustic Tuscan bruschetta built on bottle-braised Maine-grown yellow eye beans and pickled wild ramps, and finishing with a delicate Roman crepe filled with ramp pesto, house-made ricotta, and charred tomato sauce. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Santa Julia's vibrant lineup, from the crisp and fruit-forward Chimango Rosé to the bold, expressive Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.Featuring: Chef Ed AloiseChef Ed Aloise has owned and operated four highly successful restaurant concepts. Ed and his wife, Claudia, opened New Hampshire's first certified farm-to-table restaurant, Republic Café in Manchester, in 2010.
