Join our hands-on class to create a delightful Cheese and Herb Blend Ravioli Filling paired with a rich Brown Butter & Sage Sauce. You'll start by preparing a flavorful filling with ricotta, mozzarella, and fresh herbs. Learn how to make fresh pasta dough and expertly fill and seal your ravioli. Discover the art of browning butter to create a nutty sauce infused with sage. We'll guide you through cooking the ravioli to perfection and tossing them in the sauce. By the end, you'll enjoy a delicious homemade dish and gain skills to recreate it at home!

No Experience Is Required!

We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please Arrive 15 Minutes Early. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. This class is BYOB! For those 21+, feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to pair with your delicious and handmade meal. 18+
