**We focus on basics in this beginner class. If you make pourover coffee at home and are fairly proficient on the V60, Melitta or Kalita styles, you might consider a private pourover class with us. We would focus on improving your specific techniques, dialing in for perfection, or moving on to other dripper styles and techniques. In the private class, we encourage you to bring your own drippers and accesories. To begin, contact us (training@troubadourcoffee dot com) to see what we might be able to help you with and we will be happy to schedule a private class.)
