What is the LHTYF Family Fun Health Fair?

The LHTYF Family Fun Health Fair is a free community event that provides health screenings, cooking demo's, fitness classes, wellness resources, and networking opportunities with wellness professionals well as healthcare providers, and organizations.

Is there an age limit for health screenings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you must be age 18 to receive free health screenings. Teens 13 -17 may participate in limited health screenings if accompanied by an adult.

What type of health screenings are available?

There will be blood pressure screenings and cholesterol screenings.

Are vendor tables available?

Accepted Answer

Yes vendor tables are available.  The rates for non profit organizations is $100, and for profit businesses $150. All vendor tables come with one table and two chairs. Set up is the morning of the event from 9:45AM to 10:45AM.

Can my company sponsor this event?

Accepted Answer

What is the parking availability?

Accepted Answer

There is a free parking lot at the facility.  There is also street parking.

Question 7

Are there refunds on vendor fees?

Accepted Answer

If you request a refund prior to 14 days BEFORE our event, you will receive a  50% partial refund. There are absolutely no refunds on vendor fees within 14 days of our event. No exceptions.
