THE VELVET HONORS

Baltimore’s Consent & Culture Awards

Baltimore is full of people doing powerful work.

Some teach others how to protect themselves.
Some create spaces where people feel safe to be seen.
Some lead, quietly shaping the culture around them.

The Velvet Honors exists to recognize them.

This is a curated evening honoring:

• educators who teach safety, awareness, and protection

• artists who embody discipline, control, and intentional expression

• individuals whose presence has shaped their communities
