As part of Queensland Small Business Month 2026, Natural Zen Counselling invites Queensland small business owners, sole traders and freelancers to join this practical wellbeing workshop designed to support resilience, balance and sustainable business growth.
Running a small business can be deeply rewarding, but it can also bring pressure, long hours, uncertainty, isolation and emotional fatigue. This session will give participants a supportive space to pause, reflect and learn simple tools to protect their wellbeing while managing the demands of business.
During the workshop, participants will explore how to recognise early signs of stress and burnout, build emotional resilience, set healthier boundaries and use practical wellbeing strategies that can be applied in everyday business life.
The session will be warm, inclusive and practical, with time for reflection, discussion and connection with other business owners.
