- Information from Tri-State Running Company on ways to know if you are selecting the right shoe.
- Strategies to relieve common aches (knees, hips, low back)
- A clear plan you can apply immediately to your runs

- Not a one-size-fits-all program

5:30 – 5:50 PM | Shoe Education with Cameron (Tri-State Running Company)Learn how proper shoe selection and fit can impact your performance and injury risk. Cameron will guide you through what to look for and how to find the right shoe for your unique stride.
5:50 – 6:00 PM | Keeping Runners Healthy with Trainer Drew (Cincy 360 Fitness)Drew brings years of experience working with elite runners and a strong background in therapy-based training. He’ll share key insights on what your body truly needs to stay strong, resilient, and injury-free.
6:00 – 6:20 PM | Breakout SessionsThis is where things get hands-on. You’ll go through targeted exercises designed to help you better understand your body, improve movement, and build strength where it matters most.
6:20 – 6:30 PM | Q&A + Wrap-UpWe’ll close the evening by answering your questions and tying everything together so you leave confident in your next steps.
