FRAME IN FRAME: Walkthrough II - Film Installation
A guided walkthrough exploring the film installation and its spatial activation with Christian Herren and Daan Couzijn.
The session focuses on how a corpus of over 200 experimental films is orchestrated within a multi-channel video and audio environment, and how sequences, rhythms, and structures unfold across the space to create an immersive experience.
Frame in Frame, curated by Christian Herren, presents rediscovered Swiss structural films from the 1960s-90s. Vivid works unfold accross multiple projections at WSA within a spatial installation by Ben Ganz, Panter&Tourron, and Daan Couzijn, featuring furniture by Vitra, USM, Ruckstuhl, and ZHdK x Lehni. Presented by the Consulate General of Switzerland.
