What is a sound bath?

Think of it as a regular bath, only your are bathed in sound, frequency, and vibrations instead of water. You will feel completely engulfed by sound frequencies that will not only completely relax your body and soul, but will realign your chakras (energy centers) at a deep cellular level.

What instruments will be used?

Sounds are produced by crystal quartz singing bowls that provide pure frequency that correlate directly with the chakras in the body, as well as elemental healing chimes, and an ocean drum to fully immerse you in healing sound.

What do I need for session?

Come just as you are! While we do have mats, blankets, and bolsters in the space for you, you are absolutely allowed to bring your own. We also encourage you to bring anything that may help you on your healing journey such as an eye mask, a journal, or any ritual items such as crystals.

What should I expect during a session?

Accepted Answer

Each an every sound bath will be just as a unique as you are. You may experience different sensations such as tingling throughout your body, or feeling hot or cold in places. Your body may feel very heavy and stuck to the ground, or perhaps flying through the cosmos. You may even get a relaxing nap.

How can I find Abundant Space?

From E  McDonald Dr turn onto N Cattletrack Rd and into the parking lot in the Stable Galleria. Once parked, walk through the beautiful desert gardens all the way to the back near our beautiful cactus fountain. Abundance Space is located in Suite C to the right.
