The Creative Spirit - Mandala Rocks

The Creative Spirit - Mandala Rocks

Box Factory For the ArtsSt. Joseph, MI
Saturday, June 13  •  10 AM - 1 PM
Overview

Where creativity meets the sacred.

Celebrating the upcoming Summer Solstice, we will harness our intentions and practice gratitude by creating a variety of mandala rocks. Combining mindfulness, meditation and creativity, we will create symbols of future aspirations, abundance and grounding to support staying present and grateful in our day to day lives. During our time we will create rocks painted with mandalas, sigils, and a variety of symbols designed specifically by you. You’ll leave with several custom river rocks and supplies for you to continue the practice long after the class.

Keep in mind, this is more than just an art class - it’s a creative spiritual practice. The Creative Spirit is a community who gathers to explore self-expression through art journaling. Inspired by the moon’s cycles, we create, reflect, and support one another as we grow creatively and personally. We use simple art techniques and reflective journaling prompts to explore mindfulness, gratitude and self discovery. You’ll leave each session feeling centered, inspired, and connected-to yourself and something greater.
