Take your workout outside and level up your fitness with this high energy boot camp designed to build strength, boost endurance, and burn fat. This full body session combines bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and cardio bursts to keep your heart rate up and your muscles working.


Expect a mix of squats, lunges, push ups, core work, and explosive drills all set in a motivating outdoor environment that keeps you energized and focused. Every exercise can be modified, making this class perfect for all fitness levels.
