Join us for an engaging panel discussion exploring the transformative power of art within the PA prison system.

Featuring artists and advocates from Mural Arts Philadelphia's groundbreaking program at SCI Phoenix, panelists will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the art room, the men and the creative process, and the lasting impact of public art as a vehicle for healing and restorative justice. Topics will include the history and evolution of the program at SCI Phoenix/Graterford, the experiences of artists who have worked directly with incarcerated individuals, the upcoming community mural project, and how the public can support the artists and the program moving forward.
