Community Yin Yoga
Tickets: $ No cost · All are welcome
Community Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle release. This class focuses on long-held, supported postures that invite stillness and quiet awareness, allowing the body and mind to soften without effort or strain.
The class is accessible to all levels and encourages students to move at their own pace, with options and variations offered throughout. Emphasis is placed on breath, internal sensation, and listening to the body. You are encouraged to rest, modify, or skip any pose as needed.
This class is offered freely as a way to support community care, accessibility, and mental well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga, feeling stressed or overwhelmed, or simply seeking a calm and nourishing practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props such as bolsters, blocks, or pillows to help create a supportive and comfortable experience. We do have a few yoga mats available at the Center if you need one.
Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6:00 to 7:00 PM
* Please note, Class size is limited to only 20 so be sure to sign up early.
* Pre-Registration is also required as class size is limited.
* If there are tickets available online then we have room for you to join us!
SPECIAL NOTE: This complimentary class is offered as a gift to our community, made possible through the generous donation of time from both our teachers and CenterPeace. If you register and later find you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation so another member of our community may enjoy the space, as these classes often fill quickly.
