We understand that plans can change. While we are unable to offer refunds, we are happy to provide a credit for a future event of equal value if you notify us in writing at Support@SingleAndTheCity.Com at least 24 hours in advance.

For speed dating events, punctuality is imperative. Please ensure you arrive on time, as being more than 15 minutes late may result in the host deciding whether you can participate.
