AI Vision Arcade Lab [Ubi]
Junior Tech Titans wanted! Build 3 AI games using Scratch. Create face filters and motion controls to learn how computers see and think!
AI Vision Arcade Lab
Join us at Explorer Junior Ubi for a hands-on experience designed for curious minds ages 8–12 who love to code and innovate with technology.
In this mission-based workshop, children build three working games and a trained AI model, discovering how computer vision and the tools shaping their world actually work.
PROJECT 1: THE FACE FILTER PHOTOBOOTH (9:30 AM – 10:45 AM) Create a playable photobooth in Scratch that adds live, dynamic props to your face. Children investigate how machines "see" key facial points and program filters to track movements perfectly.
PROJECT 2: SPACE DRIFT MOTION CONTROLLER (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM) Develop a challenging space navigator game. Children engineer their own software to control the game entirely through their body's motion.
PROJECT 3: CUSTOM GESTURE CONTROLLED GAME (1:15 PM – 3:15 PM) Train your own AI model to recognize 0, 2, and 5 hand signals using Google Teachable Machine, then build a custom game you control with those specific gestures.
