Breathwork & Sound Bath sessions with Amy are a beautiful way to release what is no longer serving you mentally, physically, and emotionally

The session starts with a little movement or stretching to get you tapped into how your physical body is feeling before lying down to ground into the space, feel into your inner world, and set an intention for the practice. As you are gently guided through the cycles of 3 different breath patterns, Amy is providing hands on massage, tapping, and energy clearing. The session ends with a mini sound bath to further drop you into the space of inner calm—thus bringing you back home to yourself✨ "These two practices have been so vital in my journey of healing and nervous system regulation. I am a passionate believer in the power of breathwork and sound healing and excitedly welcome whom you to my sessions." -Amy Mats, blankets, pillows, water/tea, and eye masks are provided by the studio, but feel free to bring your own for additional comfort. A journal is also good to bring! A Note: Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, including respiratory issues, cardiovascular problems, glaucoma or detached retna, early stages of pregnancy, and severe mental health disorders.
