Hops and Glitter: Sixth Annual Pride Month Celebration

On June 24 Around The Horn brings you Groveland/Big Oak Flat's only Pride celebration, with burlesque, brews, BBQ, live music, and more!

Come join us at Around The Horn Brewing Company for a fabulous celebration of Pride Month, at our sixth annual Hops and Glitter party. The witches of Glitter Coven Cabaret return to the stage with the bawdy burlesque performances you know and love. Chef Sadie Taylor will tantalize your taste buds with BBQ. And this year we are pleased to welcome the Orange Blossom Band to get you dancing to rock and roll hits.

Besides being an excellent party, Hops and Glitter is also a fundraiser benefitting CalPride Sierras, located in Sonora.

This is a ticketed event for ages 18+. Tickets to the show only (no food) are $20. Tickets for the show and dinner are $45. No outside food and beverages are permitted.

Schedule

• Doors open at 4 pm.
• The Orange Blossom Band plays from 4 pm to 6 pm. Enjoy their sound of classic rock and roll with a roots and country flair!
• For those purchasing dinner tickets, food will be available starting at 4:30 pm and will be served until 6 pm.
• The burlesque show by Glitter Coven Cabaret begins at 6 pm and will be over by 8:30 pm. Last call for alcohol will be at 8:45 pm. You MUST have a ticket to attend the show.

Around The Horn Brewing Company's indoor taproom will be open to the public from 4 pm to 9 pm on June 24; however only ticketed guests will be permitted in The Corral beer garden where the show will take place. We will sell tickets at the door IF space permits, however there is no guarantee.

Burlesque Show

The main event at Hops and Glitter is the burlesque show by our fabulous friends at Glitter Coven Cabaret, an eclectic Neo-Burlesque Production based in Modesto, California. Their goal is to inspire their community to embrace themselves as they are. They believe burlesque not only empowers them as artists but the confidence they exude inspires and captivates their audiences! Their shows bring a breath of fresh air to both their fans and the venues they work with. This coven of beguiling witches has a little something for everyone in the audience as they showcase their different talents, styles and physiques!

Get your dollar bills ready...because you're going to want to make it rain on this crew!

BBQ Dinner

Chef Sadie Taylor returns with her signature BBQ we know and love. Dinner costs $25. We highly recommend paying for your dinner in advance as we cannot guarantee that meals will be available the day of the show. No outside food is permitted. Your dinner choices are:

• Smoked chicken quarter, served with coleslaw, potato salad, jalapeno cheddar cornbread with butter, and BBQ sauce
• St. Louis cut ribs (four total), served with coleslaw, potato salad, jalapeno cheddar cornbread with butter, and BBQ sauce
• Vegetarian meals are available upon request. Please email info@aroundthehornbeer.com if you'd like to purchase one.

Ticket sales for food orders will end at 10 am on Tuesday June 23. If you want a guaranteed meal, please buy your food ticket before that time.
