My Mom Is Here with Ariel Bold

Your mom’s favorite band, My Mom Is Here—formed by Columbia University grads Sam Seiff (vocals) and Nick Sare (keys)—made their performance debut on a Morningside Heights rooftop in 2023. Since then, they’ve become known in NYC for their high-energy performances, tight musicianship, and earnest songwriting.

In August 2025, they embarked on their first national tour in support of their debut EP, Baby Steps. The EP’s closing track, “Woman,” was praised by Atwood Magazine as “a seductive soul-pop stunner… utterly mesmerizing.”

The band is currently recording their debut album, set for release in Spring 2027.
