Where do we park for drop off?

Accepted Answer

You can pull to the front loop (circle) at Legacy Park and unload. Please park your car in the lot as soon as you unload. We will have staff to watch your items as you park. If the loop is full you may park in any available spots and utilize our wagons or racks to bring items in.

Can I make multiple trips to drop off my items?

Accepted Answer

YES! And you only need one drop-off appointment. Once you have checked in, you may return in other trips as needed within the drop-off hours.

Question 3

How long should I plan for drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Please plan 25-35 min per 100 items. We use "ZONE" drop-offs so all items go on tables in coordinating zones. Please place your clothing on the racks in the correct sizes.

Question 4

What is Express Drop Off?

Accepted Answer

Express is a paid service where our staff unloads your car and places items on the floor for you. This service is helpful is you have little ones in tow, are pregnant or in a time crunch! The fee for Express is $15 per 100 items, those appointments can be made by purchasing Express Slot.
