Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes! Our class is tailored to all - there will be options to modify or make exercises more advanced as needed. If you have never taken a pilates class, this is a great place to start!

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a mat/towel/blanket and a water. Nothing else is needed!

What time should I arrive?

You can arrive any time between 4:45-5pm. Class will begin right at 5pm, so ensure you give yourself time to get settled on your mat & grab equipment if applicable!
