Do you accept refunds?

Refunds will be considered up until a week before showtime. No refunds are available one week before the show.

Question 2

I can't make it. Can I sell my ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. We only accept pre-sale tickets from Eventbrite.  No re-sale tickets will be accepted at the door due to an uptick in scammers. Refunds are welcome up to a week before the show, and in special cases, exceptions can be made up until 48 hours of showtime.

Is this an accessible venue?

Accepted Answer

-ish. There are 3 entrances: 
There is an accessible entrance the Marigny Street. At the front door, there is a slight step up — about 10". Most of the venue itself is accessible, but there is another 8-10" step inside the venue if you would like to sit in the front section.

Question 4

I need 2 VIP tickets, but only 1 is left. HELP!

Accepted Answer

If you would like to purchase 2 VIP tickets but only 1 is available on Eventbrite, complete your purchase of the 1 ticket, and then forward your ticket confirmation to Lefty Lucy at ILoveLeftyLucy@gmail.com for instructions on purchasing your second ticket.

Is there an age restriction?

The Allways Lounge is a bar, so in accordance with national law the age restriction is 21+ and valid ID must be presented at the door for entry. No exceptions will be made. Photos of your ID will NOT be accepted.

What time does it start?

The first round of Bingo kicks off around 6:30pm. We open doors at 6pm.
