HOA Leadership Network Maple Grove Chapter (June 30)
Property Damage Restoration and Tree Care are Featured.
***CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: The northeast parking lot will be temporarily closed as part of the ice arena construction project. The outer lots are still accessible with plenty of available parking. Designated handicap parking is available closer to the main entrance. Please watch signs for more information.
Agenda:**
Property Damage Restoration and Tree Care are Featured; Plus HOA Legislative Updates.
FEATURING:
When Disaster Strikes: An HOA Board’s First 48 Hours. Dave, Rachelle, and Mike of Lindstrom Restoration will walk attendees through the critical decisions made in the first hours after a fire, flood, or major loss. Covering the costly mistakes that can quietly compound damages long after the event. Attendees will leave with a practical response framework, plus access to download Lindstrom’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP) framework.
Trees are one of the most valuable assets of HOAs. In June Ron Zillmer of Legacy-Trees will take you on a journey that will demonstrate dramatic, side-by-side comparisons in the results of a typical “balled and burlap sack” tree root system; a round plastic pot tree root system; and the Legacy-Tree engineered root system that is now patented.
Plus: HOA legislative updates and Open Forum: Like open mic without the music! HOA leaders get a chance to discuss issues affecting their HOAs, seek resources and talk about best practices.
Free donuts provided by Minnesota Exteriors Commercial Services Division
