Life and Soul presents: Crappy Hour
Join us at Life and Soul for Crappy Hour—drinks, laughs, and a good time to forget the weekday grind!
When was the last time you had a real conversation about death?
Join us for Crappy Hour—a unique gathering where we trade small talk for meaningful dialogue about the things that matter most: who we've lost, who we're afraid of losing, and what it means to live with our own mortality in mind.
This isn't a therapy support group. It's a space to connect over drinks with others who are also navigating grief, anticipatory loss, or simply thinking about what it means to be mortal.
What to expect:
- Intimate conversations with up to 25 fellow humans who get it
- Guided conversation prompts (think: a menu of meaningful questions)
- A memory wall to honor what you're carrying
- Optional moments to share a toast
- Full bar and menu available throughout - minimum purchase of one beverage or snack required (please support our host venue!)
Who this is for:
- Anyone actively grieving a loss
- People experiencing anticipatory grief (worried about losing someone)
- Those thinking about their own mortality and what matters
- Anyone tired of pretending everything is fine
- Humans who want deeper connection around life's harder truths
Come as you are. Stay as long as you need. Leave when it feels right.
